Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed
• No specific call requirements - depends on facility needs
• No block scheduling
• Nurse to patient ratio 1:6
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, NIH/Stroke Certification IN HAND
• Preferred certifications: ACLS/CPI
• EPIC charting experience required
• 2 years of experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Care for adult and geriatric patients on a 42-bed medicine acute care unit
• Manage patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), autoimmune and connective tissue disorders, pneumonia, chest pain, CHF, GI bleed, and diabetes
• Facilitate patient admission, treatment, and transfer processes
• Handle post catheterization patients, peritoneal dialysis patients, and wound care including wound vacs
• Work with specialized equipment including PD cycler
• Support from interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy
• Fast offer process with no interview required
• No local candidates within 50 miles accepted
