- End Date: February 22, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Territory: North/East Kalamazoo County, with occasional coverage in Western Calhoun/Barry County
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1920–$1970 per week
RN Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – Michigan nursing license preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
- Proficient in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Home Health RN Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality and compassionate service
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Accurately document care and patient progress using HCHB and OASIS systems
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Travel within assigned territory to meet patient needs
