ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work variable 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Must float as needed throughout facility
• Weekend hours as required by the facility
• Call requirements as required by the facility
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Dress code requires black scrubs
• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Perform duties consistent with facility mission, values, and service standards
