ER RN Job Details

- Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: March 14, 2026
- Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed, excluding on-call)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310-$2470
- Employment Type: Travel nurse, On-Site
- Orientation: Biweekly (multiple start dates available)
Emergency Room RN Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room Registered Nurse experience
- Active Registered Nurse license (MA RN license accepted or pending at submission)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC
- Experience with EPIC EMR (electronic medical records)
- Successful completion of day-one orientation test and Relias onboarding testing
- Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
- No employment at BILH within the last 6 months
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department
- Conduct rapid assessments, triage, and emergency interventions for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital to support patient care as needed
