Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Specific Details:

Shift Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with one weekend per month required

RN required
locals are not accepted (locals are considered within 50 miles of the facility)

minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
minimum 2 years hospital case manager experience

3 Years discharge planning preferred

EPIC, CarePort Parachute experience preferred
