Role: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Day Shift

Location: Farmington, NM

Company: Exceptional Healthcare

Pay: Open for discussion | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Target Start Date: November 2025

Overview:

Join the ER team at Exceptional Healthcare’s newest community hospital opening December 2025. As an ER Nurse, you’ll deliver rapid, accurate, and compassionate emergency care while helping build a modern emergency department from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Triage patients safely and efficiently
Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor conditions
Communicate patient status and changes with physicians
Administer medications and interpret diagnostic results
Provide education and support to patients and families
Document care accurately and respond quickly to condition changes

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2–5 years of ER or related experience
Active RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient with EMR systems
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
