Travel Nursing Job Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/29/2025 – End: 3/30/2026)
- Location: Claremont, New Hampshire – New Hampshire nursing jobs
- Setting: Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Patient Population: Newborn to Geriatric
- RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1 (Med/Surg), 3:1–4:1 (higher acuity PCU)
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990 - $2,130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) required
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and basic dysrhythmia interpretation
- Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in rural or small healthcare facilities preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own vehicle for assignment
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (per travel nurse guidelines)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient condition, and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide patient and family education and support throughout the care process
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
