Emergency Room Nurse (Days)

Job Title: ER Nurse (Day Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Prescott, AZ

Salary: Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + Weekend Day Differential (+$3.00/hr)

Work Type: On-site

Shift: 12-hour Day Shift (including weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities:

Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately
Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status and treatment responses
Administer medications and interpret diagnostic test results
Provide patient and family education and support care planning
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2–5 years of Emergency Room or similar experience
Current Arizona Nursing License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
Ability to work 12-hour day shift rotations, including weekends and holidays
