Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10-hour day shifts with 1 weekday night shift every 4th week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Must be flexible with hours to meet departmental needs
• Able to work scheduled shifts and on-call duties
• Position available after 12/6/25
• Assist with providing safe, age-appropriate care by performing exams according to department procedures
• Perform wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative
• Set up equipment and position patients for procedures
• Work in IR, Vascular Hybrid, and Neuro-interventional settings
• Collaborate with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists
• Demonstrate sterile technique and prepare necessary supplies and equipment
• Verify patient identification using 2 patient identifiers
• Complete preprocedural verification and time out forms
• Provide patient and family education including post-procedural home care instructions
• Maintain stock levels, answer departmental phones, and complete necessary paperwork
• Minimum 3 years experience in Interventional Special Procedures (IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid setting) required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Required certifications: ARRT-CV, ARRT-R, ARRT-VI, or RCIS
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification preferred upon hire
• Must be able to function independently after orientation and competency demonstration
• Must maintain current license and BLS certifications
