- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1360-$1460
- Start Date: November 4, 2025
- End Date: February 3, 2026

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (no temporary licenses; required for Dallas nursing jobs)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required for ICU nurse jobs)
- CCRN certification preferred
- Experience with CRRT and hypothermia protocol preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Professional appearance: Royal Blue scrubs, no artificial nails, neat hair, covered tattoos, and limited visible piercings
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to surgical and oncology patients in the SICU
- Monitor and manage patients using advanced ICU equipment (ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, GE Cardiac Output monitors)
- Assist with bedside procedures: central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis, cardiac catheterizations, cardioversions, and intubations
- Accurately document patient care using Meditech EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and float to other critical care units as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in compliance with hospital policies
