Arizona Cath Lab RN Job Details

- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift: 10 Hour Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 per week
- On Call: Schedule determined by facility
- Weekend Schedule: To be determined by facility
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2450 - $2620
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
- Experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology/Angio required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
- No Nursys hits
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Interventional scrub experience highly preferred
- Pediatric Cath Lab experience preferred but not required
- Complete resume, skills checklist (less than 1 year old), and license verification (less than 30 days old) required
- Flu vaccination required (declinations can be applied for)
- Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and manage IVs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care
- Adhere to all facility compliance and safety protocols
