Travel RN Job Details

- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Duration: 6 weeks (Start: 12/14/2025 – End: 1/24/2026)
- Patient Ratios: 1:5 (occasionally up to 1:7)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910–$1960
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Nursys verification required for onboarding
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Recent experience with Epic EMR (within the last year, must be shown on resume)
- BLS certification (required for all RN jobs)
- Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
- Proficiency in IV starts and phlebotomy
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Chemo certification preferred (not required)
- Must submit requested time off (RTO) at application (maximum 7 days, no block schedules)
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a Med/Surg Oncology Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and administer medications as ordered
- Accurately document patient care and assessments in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other hospital units as required to support patient care needs
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
