Mammography Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
- Current ARRT (R)(M) certification required
- No state license required for Pennsylvania mammography jobs
- PA fingerprinting required at time of booking
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality mammography imaging procedures following established clinical protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during all radiologic procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
