Med/Surg Telemetry RN Job Details
- Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1880 - $2020
- Assignment Length: 8-week nursing contract
- Hours per Week: 36 hours (full-time)
- Shift Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Location: Float between Regional Medical Center (RMC) and Hopewell Campuses in Trenton, NJ
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- EMR System: Cerner
- Flu Vaccine: Mandatory for all healthcare staff (no exceptions)
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
- Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Ability to float between multiple hospital campuses as needed
Key RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients at both RMC and Hopewell Campuses
- Float between campuses based on hospital staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care and interventions using Cerner EMR
- Comply with infection control, safety protocols, and mandatory flu vaccination requirements
- Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as part of the nursing team
