Telemetry RN Job Details

- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 - $1,910
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Dress Code: Hospital scrubs
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state (NH nursing jobs)
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Cardiac Medical-Surgical nursing
- Proficient in cardiac telemetry monitoring and management of cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Lasix, insulin drips)
- Experience with EMR systems (Allscripts preferred)
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide care for cardiac medical patients, including MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedural care (cardiac caths, ablations, pacemakers)
- Administer and titrate cardiac drips as ordered
- Utilize telemetry monitoring equipment and deliver timely clinical interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
- Float to similar nursing units as needed
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and dress code
