- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,260 – $1,350
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and inpatient rehabilitation patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
