**MUST FLOAT TO CHRONICS AS NEEDED TO MEET GTE**

13 weeks
Call: Yes, 3-4 times/week. Will include weekends.
Float: Required to Chronic to meet guarantee
Clinic Days/week: 7 days/week Shift Times: Varies Hrs/Shift: 10-12
Guaranteed hrs/week: 36 Days/Week;
May need to work 4 days/week to meet guarantee (scheduled for 3 days but may need to work 4 if GT hours cannot be met in 3 shifts)
Machines Used: Gambrio & Fresenius # of Machines: 6

Required Certifications: BLS

Years of Experience: 2 Years

License Required: MT license in Hand
