What You'll Do

As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you'll bring clinical excellence and compassion to every home visit - helping patients recover safely and maintain independence.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (OASIS)
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care instructions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

✅ What You'll Bring

Active RN license in New Jersey
BSN preferred
Minimum 2 years of acute care or med-surg experience
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
