Associate Veterinarian - Circle L Animal Hospital | Chino Valley, AZ

Circle L Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate DVM to join our progressive, tight-knit team in beautiful Chino Valley. We're especially excited to welcome a veterinarian with a passion for surgery-including orthopedic procedures-and an interest in building a strong surgical caseload while supporting our growing rehabilitation and holistic medicine services.

What You'll Step Into:

A stable, AAHA-accredited practice with nearly 40 years of service in the community
A collaborative 2-DVM team, led by Dr. Leonda Armstrong, with deep ties to our clients and a strong support staff
An experienced Hospital Manager who fosters accountability, growth, and great team culture
A well-equipped facility with 4 exam rooms, in-house rehab suite, and diagnostic tools
A culture that blends Western and Eastern medicine, offering acupuncture, laser therapy, chiropractic care, and herbal support alongside traditional veterinary care

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is confident in soft tissue surgery and interested in building orthopedic offerings (Not a requirement, just a plus!)
Enjoys clinical autonomy and sees the value in collaborative casework
Communicates clearly, works with integrity, and contributes to a no-drama, high-accountability team
Aligns with our values: humor, community, flexibility, and long-term commitment

The Role:

We are Monday-Friday and occasional half-day Saturdays
Flexible full-time could look like 30 hours a week
Small animal focus, with opportunities to explore your interests-including surgery, rehab, and holistic care
Leadership opportunities available for the right candidate as our services expand
