⚕️ What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality home health nursing visits across a range of patient needs
- Various position types include Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Wound Care, Non-Wound Visits, Pediatrics, and Re-certifications - with higher compensation rates available for more complex visits.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent continuity of care
- Document visits via tablet within 24-48 hours
- Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and uphold Royal Care's mission of compassionate, culturally sensitive care
✅ What You'll Need:
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience with OASIS assessments (preferred)
- Prior home care or acute care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a bonus
