- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) contract
- Start Date: October 27, 2025
- End Date: January 26, 2026
- Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), with on-call responsibilities
- Scrub Color: Burgundy (RN: Royal Blue)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,750–$1,870
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state (required for Texas nursing jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Experience circulating general, gynecological, genitourinary, and pediatric open and laparoscopic surgical cases
- BLS certification (required for all healthcare jobs)
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Operating Room RN Responsibilities
- Circulate in a busy 9-bed operating room, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures including general, GYN, GU, and pediatric cases
- Assist with both open and laparoscopic surgeries as part of a clinical support team
- Collaborate with fellow RNs and Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide night shift coverage as needed
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and dress code standards
