COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Surgery - General (GS)

$455,000 Guaranteed Salary with 2 to 3 year term available
wRVU Production $55/wRVU
$35,000 Signing Bonus
$10,000 Annual Retention Bonus
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement, Relocation paid, malpractice insurance with tail, etc.
$5,000 CME Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Surgery - General (GS)

Modern and efficient Critical Access Hospital
Established practice, take over 20 year practice
22 referring providers to ensure success, no competition
General surgery, Scopes and C-section coverage; will train
1:4 call for C-sections and not required for surgery

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Surgery - General (GS)

Board Eligible or Certified is required within 5 years of training
General surgery plus Scopes & C-Sections
Quality and Patient Care Focused
Work well in Teams
