Family Medicine (FM) - Outpatient - South Carolina

Family Medicine Benefits:

Earning potential up to 285K depending on experience
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance (amount based on location; paid 30 days prior to start)
15 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
5 CME days and $3,000 annual allowance

Family Medicine Responsibilities and Facility Details

100% outpatient-only setting
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Average patient volume: 18–20 per day
Team includes shared nurse and dedicated MA
