$225k base salary + Bonuses
$30,000 Sign on Bonus
Relocation
Loan Repayment - Up to $75,000 through NHSC

100% Outpatient – 16-22 Patients/day
Minimal Call - 1:7 phone only
Work in a supportive environment with excellent staff and a collaborative team
