Qualifications – Emergency Room RN
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an ER RN, ICU RN, or Critical Care Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or equivalent pediatric training
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
Key Responsibilities – ER Registered Nurse
- Deliver high-quality patient care to acutely and critically ill patients in the Emergency Room and ICU/Critical Care units
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide advanced clinical support in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards
