- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday
- On-Call: No call required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1800 - $1930
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience, with Neuro Trauma ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Recent travel nursing experience in critical care or ICU preferred
- Current ICU skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Two supervisory reference forms (from the last 2 years)
- Permanent address required for submission
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support needs in the Neuro Trauma ICU
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs
- Evaluate patient progress and document outcomes to ensure goals are met
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan and implement total patient care
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced critical care environment
