- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) – Arizona or compact state
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital
- Proficient with Epic EMR
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Skilled in titrating critical care drips and ventilator management
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
- Strong teamwork, clinical, and communication skills
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill adults in a 42-bed ICU
- Maintain nurse-patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU), occasionally 1:3
- Titrate and administer ICU medications: vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, anticoagulants, insulin
- Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist with bedside procedures and support respiratory therapy interventions
- Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
- Participate in orientation and ongoing competency training
- Float to other units as required, maintaining safe patient ratios
