CT Technologist Qualifications

- Valid ARRT certification or equivalent state licensure for CT Technologists
- Proficiency in operating CT scanners and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
CT Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by physicians and in accordance with hospital protocols
- Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information in hospital systems
- Provide compassionate patient care and support throughout the imaging process
