- Location: Milford, MA 01757 (Greater Boston Area)
- Contract Length: 10 weeks
- Start Date: December 29, 2025
- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 – 07:15), 3 shifts/week
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420
- Setting: Nursing Float Pool (Telemetry, Med Surg, Cardiac, PCU)
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license (required at submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with Meditech Expanse charting system preferred
- Ability to float to multiple units: ED holds, Med Surg/Telemetry, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Cardiac, PCU (no ICU float)
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage
- Successful completion of Telemetry exam during orientation (80%+ required)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to adults across diverse hospital units as part of the float pool
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry; respond to rapid response and code teams
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform wound care procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, PT, RT, pharmacy)
- Document patient care using Meditech Expanse (training available)
- Care for patients with cardiac, renal, post-surgical, and medical diagnoses
- Support patients with substance withdrawal, feeding tube care, and other specialized needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and complete required modules/orientation
