ER RN Job Details – Vineland, NJ
- Location: Vineland, New Jersey (08360) – South Jersey healthcare jobs
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: Schedule varies; weekends required every other or 3 per month depending on needs
- Start Date: December 8, 2025
- On-Site Nursing Position
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090 - $2,200
Emergency Room RN Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Previous travel nursing experience (at least one completed contract assignment)
- High volume/fast-paced ER experience preferred
- Active New Jersey RN License or Compact Nursing License
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (all must be valid at time of submission)
- Ability to complete full orientation as scheduled (no rescheduling permitted)
- Must be able to work weekends as scheduled; no block scheduling or special requests
- Maximum of 3 days requested time off (RTO) accepted
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and manage patients with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital policies
- Participate in all required orientation activities, including virtual and in-person sessions
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, including timely badge acquisition and HealthStream module completion
