Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for all RN jobs
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an OR Circulator RN
- Strong scrubbing skills highly preferred for surgical nurse positions
- Experience in General, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Urology surgical procedures
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
OR RN Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and urology cases
- Maintain a sterile environment and uphold patient safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Prepare operating rooms, assist with patient positioning, and manage equipment setup
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment
