- Location: Springfield, IL 62769 (Illinois healthcare jobs)
- Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (Telemetry)
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Start Dates: Multiple options in December and January (contract ends by 3/14/2026)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1950-$2090
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (required for Illinois nursing jobs)
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Intermediate Care Unit
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
- Submit all requested time off (RTO) at application
Tele RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, specializing in telemetry monitoring
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
