Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float Pool position requiring a NH or compact RN license and strong telemetry skills.

Responsibilities

Work in the Float Pool covering Med/Surg Telemetry units within a hospital setting
Patient population includes medical-surgical and telemetry cases
12-hour day shifts are required
Must adhere to a 6-month break between assignments for all previous employees
Medical exemptions accepted for vaccine requirements
Returning employees and travelers must observe break policy before reapplying

Requirements

Active NH or compact RN license required
MA RN license required if applicable
Current COVID-19 vaccine and booster, and seasonal flu vaccine unless medically exempt
Pass/fail Tele/ECG and medication testing required (at certain locations)
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not allowed
