- Self-Scheduling: Yes, with every other weekend required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1470 - $1570
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state
- At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience (Oncology nursing experience preferred)
- Chemotherapy Certification preferred
- Strong clinical skills in oncology and medical-surgical nursing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Oncology Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient responses in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
- Participate in unit quality initiatives and uphold infection prevention standards
- Educate and support patients and families throughout cancer treatment
