Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Fetal Monitoring certification
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
- All required certifications must be submitted with your application
L&D RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the birthing process
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced skills in fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and dress code
