Data Protection Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for 2 Data Protection Managers for this client.

Lawrence Harvey is supporting a leading real estate with their ongoing transformation projects internally, where you will offer data protection advice across the business and directly supporting the DPO. You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the company and their various subsidiaries.

The Role:

You will directly report into the DPO acting as the data protection lead for transformation projects and ensuring data protection by design.
You will also complete DPIAs, present to stakeholders, oversee data protection due-diligence, supporting with RoPA, DSARs, and marketing queries.
General support of the second line data protection function.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, presenting and advising.

Requirements:

C. 4-5 years experience in data protection in any industry. Ideally in B2C or B2B.
Strong communication skills (presentations and stakeholder conversations will require this)
Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and privacy-by-design.
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
3 days in the office in Milton Keynes.
Ideally you will hold a recognised qualification in data protection such as CIPP/E, BCS, or PC.dp.
