Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a primary care office role focused on phone triage, requiring a NY RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Position is based in a primary care office setting
Main responsibility is phone triage; occasional rooming of patients and administering injections may be required
8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours per week for an 8-week assignment
No on-call responsibilities
Meditech charting system is used
Primary responsibilities involve handling phone triage for the office
May occasionally assist with patient rooming and administering injections
Assignment does not accept local candidates living within a 75-mile radius
Two recent references from a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager within the past year and specialty are required for consideration

Requirements

Active NY RN license required
Minimum of 2 years RN experience
Current BLS certification required
Experience with Meditech charting preferred
