- Operating Hours: Monday 7am to Saturday 7pm (no Sundays)

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience or relevant clinical specialty
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional professional education or specialty certifications may be required
- Ability to float between PACU, ED, ICU, and Stepdown units as needed
Key Nursing Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to ICU boarders in the PACU unit, focusing on trauma overflow cases
- Float to Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds and support other ICU/Stepdown units
- Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
- Lead and direct nursing support staff according to hospital policies and nursing standards
- Apply current nursing techniques and best practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and compliance standards
