Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Shift: 8 hours
Employment Type: Travel

Job Duties:

Perform all MRI procedures using GE MRI equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Position patients, select technical factors, and tailor exams to patient condition and clinical indication.
Perform venipuncture and administer contrast media as required.
Assess and recognize normal and abnormal anatomy/pathology; review exams with Radiologist as needed.
Perform point-of-care testing and maintain QA on related equipment.
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and function effectively under stress.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: MRI experience required; must be able to work independently.
Education: Graduate of accredited MRI program or equivalent.
Certifications: ARRT(MR) required; BLS required.
Equipment: GE MRI experience required.
Skills: Venipuncture, point-of-care testing, QA procedures, anatomy/pathology assessment.
