- Hospital Bed Count: 329
- Patient Ratios: Telemetry 4:1, Medical/Surgical 5:1
- Electronic Medical Record: Epic EMR
RN Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Minimum 5 years of recent registered nurse experience in acute care hospital settings
- Proficient in floating between telemetry, medical/surgical, and oncology units
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Holiday requirement: 1 major and 1 minor holiday
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in medical/surgical, telemetry, and oncology units
- Float to assigned hospital units as needed; assignments communicated via text message 2 hours before shift
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic EMR
- Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain safe patient ratios and uphold hospital standards
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
