Birch Agency is actively hiring qualified and compassionateSchool Social Workersfor the20252026 school yearnearFlint, Michigan.

We are looking for professionals dedicated to supporting students emotional, behavioral, and social well-being in an educational setting.

Position Highlights:

Full-time and part-time positions available
Opportunities across all grade levels (K12)
Work within school-based teams to support students' mental health and success
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and collaboration with families and educators

Requirements:

ValidSchool Social Worker Licenseissued by theState of Michigan
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
SSW-310 Temporary or Full Approval (per MDE guidelines)
Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
Experience working in school settings preferred

Compensation:

Starting at $45/hour
Weekly pay
Optional benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
Ongoing support from the Birch Agency team
