ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details
- Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
- Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
- Job Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Start Date: January 11, 2026
- End Date: April 11, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 or 48 hours
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
- Openings: 2 Emergency Room RN positions available
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880 - $2020
Emergency Room RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)
- Current Emergency Room RN certification (ACLS, BLS, and PALS preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience in acute care or emergency nursing
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Eligible candidates must have last name starting with A-L (see separate posting for M-Z)
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Completion of all onboarding requirements (background checks, health screenings, skills checklist, etc.)
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and manage acute and emergent patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to protocols
- Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and emergency nursing training
