Providence is calling for applications for our February 2026 RN Labor and Delivery Unit Fellowship at Providence St. Joseph Hospital - Orange .
An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
