FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Smyrna, TN to provide one-on-one physical therapy services, especially focusing on geriatric house calls. The role offers flexible scheduling, career growth, access to continuing education, and a supportive clinical environment. Candidates need a valid physical therapy license, an accredited degree, and current CPR certification to join this clinician-operated private practice.

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Smyrna and surrounding locations in TN.

What you’ll need:

•Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply

•Degree from an accredited physical therapy program

•Basic computer literacy skills
