Summary: Total Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Data Management Specialist to support our implementation and management of the Epicor Kinetic ERP data. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation and improvement of key Epicor Kinetic modules and third-party systems, with a specific focus on the data connections between Hubspot CRM and other third-party applications. Additionally, this individual will have strong analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, experience in data maintenance, and the ability to identify areas where optimization of data processes is necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate data connections between the Epicor ERP system, Hubspot CRM and third-party systems.
- Identify areas in need of technical support related to the Epicor ERP and Hubspot CRM systems and collaborate with relevant team members to resolve.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Customize and enhance Epicor ERP functionalities, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and business process management solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Epicor ERP system, including regular data audits and cleanup activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the Epicor environment, including connectivity problems, data errors, and system bugs.
- Analyze business processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Integrate Epicor ERP with other business systems and third-party applications to streamline operations and ensure seamless data flow.
- Work closely with all departments (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Engineering) to ensure the ERP supports all business functions and optimizes operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems (and/or experience working with multiple ERP systems), including support, customization, and optimization.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and system configurations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas and tables).
- Proficiency in Epicor ERP or multiple ERP modules.
- Experience with Epicor Administration and BPM is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Epicor certification(s) preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and operate computer-based systems and equipment without constraint.
Work Environment:
- This position primarily works in an office environment and will occasionally conduct work in the manufacturing areas.
