This position seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one physical therapy services primarily within senior living community settings in Elizabethtown, KY. The role emphasizes autonomous clinical interventions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and flexible scheduling while supporting professional growth through continuing education and certification reimbursement. FOX Rehabilitation promotes a clinician-operated, inclusive environment focused on geriatrics and offers various employment types including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with benefits and sponsorship options.

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Elizabethtown and surrounding locations in KY.

This position isprimarilystaffed in one of our senior living community partners, Vitality Living of Elizabethtown.

What you’ll need:

•Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply

•Degree from an accredited physical therapy program

•Basic computer literacy skills

•Current CPR certification
