ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team based in Tacoma, WA.

Pay Range: $21.10 - $25.00/hour Schedule: Set 4-10 schedule with opportunity for OT and after hours on-call rotation

What you'll do as a Water Restoration Technician:

Clean structures due to damage from water damage event
Extract water from water affected structures
Demolishing water affected materials
Monitor equipment throughout drying process
Restore Peace of Mind for our customers

What we ask of Water Restoration Technicians:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals
Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
Be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics
Must report to work at our warehouse in Tacoma

The Water Restoration Technician must be someone who:

Has a strong desire to be part of a team to help reach daily production goals
Exhibits a critical thinking aptitude
Pays sharp attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to lead

Preferred but not required qualifications:

Construction experience
IICRC certifications
Industry experience such as water/restoration experience

$500 Referral Bonus Details:

Bonus paid on payroll following your referrals first day of employment.

Compensation details: 21.1-25 Hourly Wage
