Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. Briarcrest Gardens, located in Hershey, PA is currently seeking a full-time Grounds Person/Porter to join their team. The position consists of grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance at the property along with various other duties.

Rate: Starting at $18 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of apartment community grounds.
Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow/ice management.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
May assist with light exterior maintenance tasks as needed.

Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
Working cell phone (smart phone).
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
