Town Planner or Senior Town Planner

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level, your role will include:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Managing mid to large-scale planning projects
Conducting site assessments and shaping development strategies
Drafting and coordinating submission documents
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders
Attending planning committee meetings and consultations

👤 About You

We welcome applications from both early-career planners and experienced consultants:

1–5+ years’ experience in town planning
Working towards or already MRTPI chartered
Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive mindset and a passion for shaping places people love
