TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Kalispell, Montana.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty: Med Surg

Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel

Units: Medical 3rd floor
Active MT or compact license
Certs required: BLS, NIHSS
Experience required: 1 year with strong, broad MS exp. Will accept first time travelers with STRONG exp. Epidural/PCA/Medication management, Drain/Ostomies management, chest tubes, wound care, general post-surgical recovery, post-op ortho.

Patient Types:
Medical – COPD, CHF, emphysema, CAD, DM, ETOH W/D, dementia, failure to thrive, falls with or without injury, kidney failure and patients on dialysis, sepsis, UTI’s, GI bleeds and all sorts of different wounds
May see a few surgical patients, but majority of them go to the 2nd floor
